Elegant & Cozy Lodging for Your South Carolina Vacation

At Pecan Terrace Bed & Breakfast, each of our five guest rooms highlights its own unique charm providing a very relaxing and comfortable getaway near Greenville in Easley, SC. Each guest accommodation has AC, a private bathroom with a shower, free high-speed wireless Internet, Smart/Roku TV, and ceiling fan. The unique atmosphere and Southern hospitality at our B&B are sure to offer an excellent, cozy alternative to a larger and less personal hotel chain. Pricing includes on-site parking, fruit/cheese plate and iced tea every afternoon, fully stocked fridge and coffee bar with homemade cookies, and a made-from-scratch breakfast each morning.

Late arrivals must call for individual check-in instructions.

Check-Out Time:  11:00 AM

Cleaning and Housekeeping

If you are staying for 3 nights or less, trash cans will be emptied daily, and towels left on the bathroom floor or shower seat will be removed and replaced (if needed). If you need additional towels, toiletries, or other amenities, please don’t hesitate to ask us. We will be delighted to get you what you need. Unless you indicate otherwise, we will change bed linens and clean your room on the fourth day (if your stay is more than 3 nights).


The large table in the dining room accommodates up to 6 guests, but we do have 2 other tables that seat 2-4 guests as well. We have 2 breakfast serving times, one sitting at 8:00, and one at 9:00, for your convenience. Please let us know your preference when you check in.

Deposit and Balance Payments

Reservations require a one-night deposit or 50% deposit of the entire reservation for multiple-night stays. Deposits are processed the same day you make your reservation. All balances will be charged to the credit card on file 14 days before arrival.

Minimum Stay Requirements

A two-night minimum stay is required on all weekends throughout the year. Minimum night stays may vary during holidays and special area events.

  • New Year’s Day (Dec. 31 – Jan. 2)
  • Easter Weekend (Fri – Sun)
  • Memorial Day Weekend (Fri – Mon)
  • Independence Day – (July 3 – July 5)
  • Labor Day Weekend (Fri – Mon)
  • Thanksgiving Day Week (Wed-Sun)

Acceptable Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and must always have a valid credit card number on file. Please note that gift certificates are considered a form of payment. If you have a gift certificate, please call us between 9 am and 7 pm EST to make your reservation and to apply your gift certificate.


We do not offer discounted room rates for participation or employment in organizations such as AAA, AARP, government employees, etc.

Cancellations & Reservations

Due to the small size of our property, cancellations affect us significantly. For any individual cancellation or change of date, please contact us no later than 15 days before arrival by telephone for a refund of your deposit, less a $50.00 per room cancellation fee.

If a full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 14 days, regardless of reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation unless we can re-book your room for the entire booked stay.

All group bookings require a 45-day notice to cancel, change dates, or length of stay, with a cancellation fee of 10% of the entire cost of your reservation deducted from your refunded deposit.

We encourage the purchase of travel insurance to provide reimbursement due to personal health issues, family emergencies, or travel delays.
