Doodle Park and Trail is a mile from Pecan Terrace Bed & Breakfast! It is an 8 ½ mile rail to trail from Easley to Pickens, SC used for biking, walking, running, and rollerblading. The former Pickens Doodle Railroad was named for the doodlebug because the train could not be turned around, so it had to go backwards when traveling from Easley to Pickens.
